1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
Government (GOV)
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
I want to become the leader of Government because believe I have the experience, leadership skills, and dedication needed to manage the organization. I want to create an active and Disciplined team which will be combined of both Experienced people who will lead the team and New employees who will get a fair opportunity to grow, learn and improve their skills . Also i have been with Government in another city for 2+ years where i have been 3x Deputy Governor, 3x Lt General, and 1x LSPD deputy chief. So these experiences taugh me decision-making, management, leadership, and collaboration with other organisations. My main Goals will be to maintain a good RP, organize regular activities and training, and make the organization more active and enjoyable for everyone.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I believe that i am the best candidate for this role because i believe my knowledge, Experience of being in 15+ Gov terms, and my Leadership Skills are enough to prove me as a best fit for this role. Along with these i bring with me a team of Experience and dedicated High commands who are best in their role and they are ready to take on the challenge and have proven experience in leading whenever needed. I know how to manage a team, keep the department active and attend every event with maximum units possible. My biggest role here will be to maintain a Friendly and Cooperative behaviour with other Organisations, Understand and resolve their problems when needed. I know how to bring the best version of the Gov Members through regular and extensive training sessions and situational readiness. My goal is not merely to hold a leadership position, but to make a meaningful contribution to the organization, improve its overall performance, and leave it stronger, more organized, and more successful than it was when I took responsibility
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
I would improve roleplay by making Government more active, Dedicated, organised and realistic experience for everyone in the City.
My Main Ideas will be as Follows : -
1. Create a Realistic and more Serious GOV RP : Organize structured official meetings, public hearings, press conferences, government operations, legal proceedings, public announcements, and meaningful interactions with citizens to make Government RP more realistic, engaging, and immersive.
2. Unification of State: I have observed from a long time the absence of a mature and experienced leadership amongst the state. We want to make the state unify under one umbrella, solve the differences with proper procedures and professionalism. The State is one, it should fight together against the crime, and we will bring it back again.
3. Improve and modernize legislation and the Penal Code: Based on the feedback from the citizens of the state and all the law enforcement and government agencies, i will Review and restructure existing legislation and the Penal Code to make them clearer, more practical, balanced, and easier for both Government employees and citizens to understand and follow.
4. Transparency: We want to bring back our public sessions that we started. It is held by Ministers and the Justices, and citizens can come and ask any questions they have about the state. As we want to hear first, & understand the problem of citizens, who were not heard for long time and solve it for good.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
My Goals is to create a Organised and more balanced version of Government than before.
I want to implement these steps on priority :-
1. Improve the current version of Legislation and the penal code into a better, more balanced and a handy version for Citizens and the law Enforcement to use.
2. Strengthen inter Organisational Cooperation through better communication, teamwork, and regular joint RP activities.
3. Increase Citizen Involvement by organising public events, town hall meetings, government consultations, public services, and interactive scenarios that encourage citizens.
4. Establish GOV as a reliable and respected organization by Building a strong reputation for professionalism, fairness, transparency, and effective service while maintaining high-quality RP and strong relationships with both citizens and other organizations.
5. Keep Organisation Members Motivated and Active by organising inter department event and reward them for their contribution to the state.
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
I Would like to introduce various events that would focus on building player engagement :
1. introduce Ghetto Patrol : Establish a dedicated Government patrol system in high-risk areas to support law-enforcement organizations, Investigate the Gang Activity & respond to incidents, and create more dynamic and realistic RP situations across the city.
2. Introduce State Orgs Inspection : Conduct regular inspections of State Organizations to ensure proper discipline, activity, professionalism, and adherence to Government standards. These inspections can also include interactive RP scenarios and constructive feedback to help organisation identify Corrupt officers and take disciplinary measures when needed.
3. Organise Public Hearings : Organize regular public hearings where citizens can raise concerns, submit complaints, suggest improvements, and directly interact with Government officials. This will create meaningful civilian-Government interaction.
4. Government Press Conferences: Hold regular press conferences to announce new policies, discuss major city developments, and allow media organizations to question Government officials. This can create cooperation between GOV and news organizations while providing quality RP for citizens.
5. Organize coordinated events with FIB, SANG, SAPF, EMS, and other organizations, such as emergency response exercises, security operations, inspections, and large-scale city events. This will encourage teamwork and create RP involving multiple organizations.
6. Organizing PR Activities: Organize regular public-relations activities such as press briefings, public announcements, community outreach programs, promotional campaigns, and media interactions to improve communication between the Government, citizens, and media organizations while creating more engaging and realistic RP.
