2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?​

• Im currently the vice Governor with heavy experience in legal organizations and legislations
• Exceptional leadership skills, well spoken and i simply love organized stuff
• My main ideology of government is an organization that overwatches every other state oraganizations in hopes of it all going by the book (Legislation) and be the main support of the citizens aswell as the public servants of the city. We dont just sell licenses, house insurance and collect taxes, my ideology goes further we are the ground base and foundation for all legal Orgs.

3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?​

Im well spoken, professional, know how to run things aswell as with heavy experience in legal organisations and the legislation itself. i like everything to be organized and do things how theyre supposed to be done, no loopholes, just a straight line.

4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?​

• I would do it by providing proper training and make videos regarding the government itself for the newcomes agents and show them their main duties, dress code and what items to take from the loadout based on their rank.
• Organize more events with the citizens so we can enhance our connections with the lovely people of the city and connect with them and hear their opinion
• continous improvement within the government itself and adding more people to each department inorder to enhance work between agents therfore increase the RP levels and professionalism

if we improve the stuff i have mentioned that wont just improve the RP in the organization but perhaps on the whole LEOs as they will take us for example for professionalism and they can visually identify that we are SASS agents or HCs of the government.

5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?​

Make my term an example for the upcoming terms and show everyone how government is truly run with high activity, proffesionalism and RP friendly with the whole server.

• Government Press Conferences: Official media events where Government representatives provide statements, answer questions, and address major city developments.
• Public Consultation Sessions: Meetings where citizens can share opinions, suggestions, and concerns regarding proposed Government projects or policies.
• Government Negotiations: RP scenarios where Government representatives negotiate agreements, contracts, partnerships, or solutions with organizations and community representatives.
• National Holiday Ceremonies: Official celebrations and ceremonies held for national or city-wide holidays and important occasions. (The creation day of this city)
• Award and Recognition Events: Ceremonies recognizing outstanding citizens, Government employees, organizations, or community contributors.
