2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons):
2.1). As the server is new I want to bring in some of my skills to show some of the newer members to RP how to operate in a gang and how they should act around as a gang member with my past experience leading gang events / Doing Important stuff for other gangs in other city's I feel I would be a good candidate for this starting position.
2.2). I want to try and make Marabunta one if not the strongest gang in the Entirety of Los Santos and try to set goals that future leaders will try and work hard to beat.
2.3). If I become the leader of Marabunta I will make sure everyone gets the rank they deserve based on them being Active and showing up to events. My leadership skills will allow this term to not get punished in any way. I will be sure to recruit the correct high commands so we can always be welcome to any civilian wanting to join the faction (If they meet the requirements) and so that we don't get punished by anyone misbehaving and abusing the server rules. If me or any of the high commands catch anyone doing anything that can put our faction in the risk of being punished, They will be punished either in a de-rank or being fired on the spot if it is necessary. I will be sure that everyone in Marabunta knows the rules by giving them a interview upon joining the Faction, so they can prove to me and my HC team that they wont put our Faction in a position to be Punished for. I Want to also make sure me and my team will show up to 100% of events with the max amount of members we have to show to you guys as Admins as well as other members of the server that we can lead a good term.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways):
3.1). To not miss any events. Events such as Hostage Situation's / Store Robbery's / Gun Store Robbery's / Ammo Run (Truck Robbing). Etc to give the LEO's some fun RP as well as other Clans / Gangs.
3.2). Get rid of toxicity, this will help improve our RP. Anyone who get caught being toxic in clan chats or even face to face with them will not be tolerated this will be dealt with as we don't want problems such as warning Etc over some shitty RP. (Its Ok to talk crap to a certain extent).
3.3). I would also like to keep the whare house topped up always and Make sure to always give bonuses when we win / Attend and do well at Events this will improve RP as more people will want to join the gang for reasons being they can make money just by showing up as well as they can learn new things from people who have more experience than them

Aiden Paracetamol Grew up in a small house in United Kingdom he grew up in a rough Place where gangs would constantly hang around and try and make bad impressions on the kids in the area and Aiden was one of the kids to fall for it Aiden Started running around for the gangs and a very young age and was getting in constant trouble with the police, later on he moved out to LA and he restarted his gang journey in a new place with this he started to climbed up the rankings of the gangs in his new city one day decided he wanted to be a leader of a gang and to have real power over Leo's and other gangs and be number 1 in control of Los Santos and Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay and own every inch of this city.
