Police officer ID: 4226. Forced me to move my vehicle from a legal parking spot requiring me to walk a distance away from the car to initiate roleplay. While roleplaying, with no other interaction with 4226, he eventually gets in his vehicle and swerves towards me, going off the road, but missed hitting me. He then turned around, and came back to intentionally run me over and drive off. This was an officer in uniform, and on duty, in a personal vehicle. I believe all three rules apply.
