I had an ex family member ask to borrow $700,000 so he can buy an apartment and he said he would pay me back 2-3 days and it’s been 6 days now and still not paid me back he’s selling the apartment to save up for a house and I’ve asked him when can he pay me back and he keeps making up excuses he hasn’t got the money for me or that he’s trying to save money for the house he’s said about he is waiting to complain the investment and he will send it Thursday to be but it’s been 2 days and I feel like he’s making up excuses to not pay me back and I can’t sue him in city as I don’t have the body cam commands so I was advised to make a forum against him
