My first argument for my Jail time for RDM:

1. All complaints against players must have proper evidence included (POV must be 1min long atleast or it should include full situation)

NO POV was provided only logs were checked which is invalid in this case, which makes Ibrahim wrong in this case and Treys decision

I want to add that noone reported me on forums just admins based on logs without knowing full situation that just shows corruption

I still think my jail time is unfair because noone has POV of the situation so you cant punish me based on logs thats just being biased and trusting the other side more then me it should be equal, not the players with low ids that play the server more then me, once you have a full pov of situation i will happily serve my punishment.

And he accused me of saying the N word, if i really said it he wouldve banned me. This just shows that he is making stuff up and he should get a strike for this

He is being arrogant and threatening to ban me for saying N word without any evidence, and accusing my friend Kyron of targetting people which is not true infact ID 42 threatened him and he didnt take any action against him, he did it infront of him https://streamable.com/f27um7.
And id 42 and 49 i have no relation to them nor does Kyron ibrahim was in a family with them and he is making stuff up regarding to the targetting part.

I just hate to see such a high potential server have this type of administration, Trey is cool but Ibrahim shocked me jailing without a valid pov arrogant responses and false accusations.

I want Andy to take his time and review this

The admin checked and verified the situation through the kill logs before taking action. After reviewing the logs, the punishment was issued accordingly, and the admin made the correct decision.
