1. Why do you want to be an administrator and no longer RP?:
I want to become an administrator because I feel I can contribute more to the server by helping the community. I’ve enjoyed my time roleplaying in Libra RP, but now I want to take on more responsibility and help players with their problems, reports, and questions. I’m quite active and usually spend around 10–12 hours in the city, so I feel I can use that activity to support the server. I understand that being an admin is a responsibility and not just a rank, and I’m ready to take that responsibility seriously.
2. Why should we consider you for a administrative position, what skills can you bring?:
I believe you should consider me because I’m active, patient, and comfortable communicating with different types of players. I can speak three languages Hindi, English, and Punjabi which can help me communicate with a wider range of players and understand their issues more easily. I can stay calm during arguments, listen to both sides, and make decisions based on the rules rather than personal friendships. I’m also open to learning from the senior administration team and taking feedback to improve.
3. What experience do you have in the city? (Crime/State/Starter Jobs/etc.)
i have play another servers also i have there experiances too and I have spent time in the city and i have experienced different parts of RP. I have experience with civilian and starter jobs, as well as crime and state-side RP. Spending a lot of time in the city has helped me understand how different situations develop and how important proper roleplay and rule knowledge are. I’ve also interacted with many different types of players, which I believe would help me as an administrator.
4. Your greatest strengths? (Please list at least three):
* I’m very active and can play around 10–12 hours when I have the time.
* I can communicate in Hindi, English, and Punjabi.
* I’m patient when dealing with players.
* I stay calm during arguments and try to understand both sides.
* I’m fair and don’t like making decisions based on personal relationships.
* I’m willing to learn and accept feedback from senior staff.
5. Your greatest weaknesses? (Please list at least three):
* Sometimes I overthink a decision because I want to make sure it is fair.
* I can spend a lot of time trying to completely solve a player's problem.
* Sometimes I focus too much on small details.
* I can be a little hesitant when making an important decision without knowing the full situation.
* I sometimes take on more responsibility than I should because I like helping people.
6. Do you understand you may not own a business as an administrator?
yes I understand and agree with this rule. I know that becoming an administrator comes with certain restrictions, including not being able to own a business, and I’m completely fine with that.
7. Do you understand that on your admin account you may no longer partake in roleplay?
yes I understand. I know that my admin account would be used strictly for administrative duties and that I would not participate in RP on that account. I’m prepared to keep my administrative responsibilities separate from my roleplay.
8. Are there currently any issues in your real life that would hinder your activity as an admin?
there are currently no major issues that would prevent me from being active as an administrator. I’m generally able to dedicate a good amount of time to the server
