Dear,Higher up's
First of all the a guy who stole the car, a complaint should be raised on who killed him right? and iam not even in the situation. All though i havent start shooting first so how could i involve in this situation? and the pov is from the third party how can you even consider it, also you can clearly see in his pov when he started shooting then i pull up my gun to save my life. i spent 60min in jail for no reason.
