were sitting outside the zone of the store robbery while on org freeze and as you can see the gang has a heli come in after gun fight has started which is a clear rule break

The heli was in the zone prior to the gun fight starting. Without POV proving that the heli was outside the event zone for more than the allowed 15 seconds, a rule break can not be proven. Ballas will be spoken to by their Curator to ensure they are not breaking rules.
Also, sitting directly outside the area of a robbery/gunfight could be considered FearRP. Please do not camp outside the zone if not involved in the situation.​
