1. Why do you want to be an administrator and no longer RP?:
I want to become a admin because, I had a lot of fun and enjoyment being apart of the RP scene, I've learned so much from it from these past 4-5 years, I want to do something different with the game something to make an actually impact on it so I believe me becoming a admin will help with that. I want to be the kind of admin who’s involved, who people can respect and have fun around but also someone who knows when to be strict so things stay fair and smooth. My main goal is to help push out a better RP experience for everyone in the city and being present and active in the community.
2. Why should we consider you for a administrative position, what skills can you bring?:
Some skills I could bring to the admin team are communication, problem solving, and teamwork. I'm a very easy person to talk to, and I'll probably end up talking to you first. I'm a very big problem solver. If there's ever an issue, I'm one of the first, if not the first, person to solve the issue or figure out what's happening. Like they always say, teamwork makes the dream work. If you help as a team, anything is possible. Whenever someone needs help, I help them figure out anything they're having trouble with.
3. What experience do you have in the city? (Crime/State/Starter Jobs/etc.)
Ive spent most of my time doing starter and state jobs, so I understand the day to day grind and city mechanics well. My focus is always on giving good RP and helping people out as much as possible from my end.
4. Your greatest strengths? (Please list at least three):
1. Good Communication: i am able to de-escalate situations calmly.
2. Team Player: Always ready to help players sloving problems and follow instructions properly.
3. Consistency & Reliability: Active, serious about my role, and respectful of server rules at all times.
5. Your greatest weaknesses? (Please list at least three):
I sometimes hesitate to say no when people ask for help so I end up taking on too many things at once. Also, I can be a bit too cautious in high pressure situations but Iam actively working on it.
6. Do you understand you may not own a business as an administrator?
Yes I understand that as an administrator I am not allowed to own any business and I completely accept that.
