Hello Admins,
LEOS Fail RP / Fear RP
What kind of RP was happening here?
LEOS showed little to no interest in negotiating with the gang. There was no proper negotiation, no proper planning, and no sense of urgency from the officers during the bank heist.
The situation became even worse when one officer was making a mocking gesture and saying, “What you guys gonna doooo?” while another officer said, “We guys gonna stand here and die” This kind of behaviour completely takes away from the seriousness of the situation and raises clear concerns about Fail RP and Fear RP.
Even the gang members were getting frustrated and pissed off because of the way the situation was being handled. Instead of creating an engaging RP situation for both sides, the interaction was becoming pointless and frustrating.
A bank heist should involve proper communication, negotiation, planning, and realistic decision-making from LEOS. Instead, it felt like some officers simply showed up for the event to maintain organizational activity, without making any genuine effort to create proper RP.
There was no proper negotiation, no proper planning, no urgency, and ultimately no meaningful RP from LEOS.
Events should not be about simply showing up and standing around. They should be about creating realistic and enjoyable RP for everyone involved. Honestly, even a small child could create better RP than what happened here.
