FAIL RP by ID 2670. During a hostage situation, he was involved in the negotiation while casually having coffee. In a real-life hostage situation, would an officer realistically behave this casually while negotiating? This is a serious and high-risk situation, and the RP should reflect the seriousness, urgency, and potential danger involved.

Also, ID 644 was saying to the gangster, “You don't fear for your life?” Seriously? The gangster was holding a gun to the hostage's head. At that moment, LEOS should be fearing for the hostage's life, not casually challenging or provoking the person holding them. The priority should be keeping the hostage safe, taking the threat seriously, maintaining caution, and listening to the suspect's demands where appropriate.

On top of that, the hostage was not properly secured and was still within the area of operation, which could have put the hostage in even greater danger. In a situation like this, LEOS should be aware of the hostage's position and take reasonable steps to protect them before escalating or taking unnecessary risks.

These actions show a serious lack of Fear RP and proper hostage-situation RP. When someone is holding a gun to a hostage's head, the situation should be treated as an immediate threat to the hostage's life, and the RP should reflect that level of seriousness.

How are these kinds of FAIL RP / Fear RP situations continuing to happen? This kind of behavior affects the quality of the RP and the overall experience for everyone involved.

These kinds of FAIL RP situations should not be encouraged or overlooked. Hostage situations are high-risk scenarios, and everyone involved should be expected to maintain realistic, serious, and situation-appropriate RP throughout.

ID 2670 will get Fail RP as its not realistic for LEO to drink coffee while doing such high risk negotiation.
ID 3864 will receive punishment for Mixing (Ez gov).

Also going back to one of your previous post https://librarp.com/forums/threads/1339/ I told you, you can't demand multiple things for one hostage. While LEOs need to Fear for Hostage Life, Rule of Fear RP also applies on you, you can't just stand alone with hostage while guns are pointed at you and all your Clan members are in cars, Last but not least LEOs can give you 15 seconds to leave but their main priority is saving and protecting the hostage as soon as he is safe as we can see in pov he moved away from action you all were getting in cars to leave they can shoot at you to stop you from leaving so they can proceed with arresting and other procedures.
