Dear Libra RP Administration,
I respectfully request you to please reconsider my ER 1.3 ban.
I understand that having a proper POV is necessary, and I respect the server rules. During the event, I had started recording my POV, but unfortunately my game crashed in the middle of the event and Medal couldn't save the recording properly. I have screenshots and logs showing that my game crashed, and I also have POV recordings from my other events.
I never intentionally tried to avoid providing POV or break the rules. It was genuinely an unexpected game crash. I had also recently installed a new Redux, and since then I have been experiencing crashes multiple times.
I have already served 1 day of the 7-day ban, and I sincerely request you to please consider giving me a warning and letting me return to the server for the remaining days.
The new Battle Pass has just arrived, and I was really looking forward to completing it. I play Libra RP around 6–8 hours every day, and I genuinely enjoy the server. I don't want to miss the Battle Pass because of something that happened due to an unexpected crash.
I understand the importance of the POV rule, and from now on I will make sure my recording is working properly before participating in any event.
Please consider my situation once. I genuinely love playing Libra RP and hope you can give me one chance.
