I was taken as a hostage during a store robbery by members of the Ballas Gang. Throughout the robbery, I fully complied with all demands and followed proper Roleplay (RP) procedures to keep the scene smooth.
1. OOC Insults & Religious Discrimination (Rule 2.1):
While being transported in the gang’s vehicle, the players began using toxic OOC insults towards me. One player called me a "monkey", another responded with "no, he is a donkey", and derogatory comments were made targeting my religion, specifically stating "he is a Muslim" in an offensive manner (as heard in POV 2 from 00:58 to 01:00).
2. Deceiving Administration & De-escalation:
As shown in POV 2, when the administrator arrived, the players actively deceived the admin by hiding the insults they had directed at me inside the car. To avoid breaking rules or engaging in toxic arguments, I asked the administrator to punish me directly to remove myself from the situation and prevent further escalation.
3. Violation of Leader Rules:
The leadership of the Ballas Gang failed to enforce basic server standards, violating Leader Rule 1.2 (failing to enforce general rules), Leader Rule 1.3 (permitting OOC toxicity), and Leader Rule 1.5 (failing to maintain competent RP).
I remained calm throughout and did not retaliate. I kindly request Management and Gang Curators to apply individual punishments for Rule 2.1 and administrative deception, and to issue a formal Warning to the Ballas Organization.
