I believe the decision made by Ibrahim Shiekh was incorrect and should be reconsidered.
Under the IC legislation, an officer is required to identify himself when requested during a detention and while inside a State facility. I repeatedly asked the officer for his ID while he was detaining me, but he refused to provide it. According to the IC legislation, this conduct is considered corruption.
State Rule 1.2 Employees of a State Organization may only participate in corruption if they have an approved Corruption Bio.
There is no major or minor corruption. If any State employee commits corruption without an approved Corruption Bio, then it is considered as rule break under SR 1.2.
Please review whether the officer had an approved Corruption Bio for this conduct and reconsider the decision.
