I was doing the Package Delivery job for the Frosty Fest event quest.
While I was locked in the loading/delivery UI screen, player ID 5848 killed me without any prior RP interaction or demands, and then hotwired/stole my vehicle (Vehicle plate: 0MWZHHIA).

I was not recording a video because I was simply doing a peaceful event quest and didn't expect to be RDMed.
However, I have attached clear screenshots showing the killer's ID (5848) and the hotwire notification.
Please check the server logs for that timestamp to verify the kill and hotwire

EDIT:
Because the vehicle was stolen after an RDM kill, the system is now requiring a $600,000 reclaim fee (due to no auto insurance).
I do not have this amount of money. Since this financial loss happened directly due to a rule break (RDM/FailRP), I kindly request the administration to reset/restore my vehicle or compensate the fee once the report is reviewed.

If you said something, I apologize, but I couldn't hear you at all because I was locked in the loading/UI screen for the Package Delivery quest.

Unfortunately, I do not have a video POV of the situation as I was doing a peaceful quest and wasn't recording. Since the reported player (Valhala Chenaq) claims that demands were given, I kindly request that the administration ask HIM to provide his POV of the situation. His recording should clearly show whether proper RP demands were made before killing me while I was in the quest UI.
