A "Fail RP" penalty is typically issued if a player files a complaint on the forum or if an admin observes a rule violation while the situation is actively unfolding. I have checked and found that no forum complaint was filed against me, nor was I penalized while the situation was in progress; instead, the penalty was imposed some 5 to 10 hours later. I would like to know the reason for this, given that no forum complaint was lodged and no action was taken against me during the actual situation.
