1. Why do you want to be an administrator and no longer RP?:
honestly its not that i dont enjoy RP, i really do. but i feel like at this point i can contribute more to the server from an admin position than as a regular player. i've been around long enough to understand how things work here and i've seen situations where the server needed someone active and responsible to handle things properly. i want to be that person. being an admin means i can actually help improve the experience for everyone, not just for myself, and that feels more rewarding to me at this stage.
2. Why should we consider you for an administrative position, what skills can you bring?:
i think there's a few things that make me a decent candidate for this. first i'm very active, 3 to 8 hours a day is alot of time and i use it to actually be present in the server, not just AFK. second i'm pretty good at staying calm in stressful situations, whether its a conflict between players or someone breaking rules, i don't react emotionally i try to handle things fair and by the book. third i speak both Arabic and English which i think is actually usefull in a server where alot of players come from diffrent backgrounds and sometimes there's a language barrier that causes misunderstandings.
3. What experience do you have in the city? (Crime/State/Starter Jobs/etc.)
i've tried a few diffrent things since i joined. i started with the basic starter jobs to get a feel for the server and understand how everything works. after that i moved towards the State side of things, i've been involved in some goverment RP and understand how that side of the city functions. i also interacted alot with other factions and players from diffrent backgrounds which gave me a good overall picture of how the city operates from multiple perspectives.
4. Your greatest strengths? (Please list at least three):
Patience: i dont rush decisions and i always try to hear both sides before doing anything. i've been in situations where things were heated and i managed to stay calm and handle it without making it worse.
Communication: i can talk to people in a way that they understand, whether its in Arabic or English. i think good communication is one of the most important things for an admin because most problems start from misunderstandings.
Fairness: i dont have favourites. if someone breaks a rule they break a rule, doesnt matter if i know them or not. i think being fair is the most important thing an admin can be and i take that seriously.
Availability: like i mentioned, i'm online alot and i cover diffrent times of the day which means i can be there when other admins might not be around.

Low level: i know my in-game level is still pretty low and i understand that might raise some questions about my experience. but i believe the time i spent was focused on quality RP rather than just grinding levels, and i think that matters more.
Too serious sometimes: i know how to joke around and people around me actually expect that from me, but when it comes to admin work i tend to switch to a more serious mode and sometimes that can feel a bit stiff. its just because i take the responsibility seriously, not because i'm a boring person.
Overthinker: sometimes i spend more time than needed analyzing a situation before making a decision. i always want to make sure i'm doing the right thing which is good but sometimes it slows me down a little.
6. Do you understand you may not own a business as an administrator?
yes i fully understand that and i have no problem with it.
7. Do you understand that on your admin account you may no longer partake in roleplay?
yes i understand, and i've thought about it before applying. i'm okay with this.
8. Are there currently any issues in your real life that would hinder your activity as an admin?
no, nothing at the moment. my schedule is fairly stable and i dont have anything going on that would stop me from being active and doing my job properly.
