My Strength -> leadership)
I want to become the leader of Los Santos Vagos because I already have experience as high command of gangs. I was previously in Ballas , and during that term I learned a lot about how to handle gang members how to do events properly and how to work in difficult situations . But things did not go as i was thinking when i was deputy but i found myself responsible for those things Instead of letting them go i learned from them and now i know what changes i can so . Now I want to use my deputy experience as The Leader Los Santos Vagos and have a max turf and making the gang most active in the city and Vagos on top

In the time i have played RP i have played from both sides as a LEO and as criminal also but i found myself more good at crime instead of LEO you know why cuz its very fun doing events like FZ Raids protecting our HQ from Gang Raids is enjoyable time of our life instead of just rank chasing. I also have been in different gangs sometimes as under deputy and sometimes as a OG which let me get to know that what do gang members actually want from a Good gang leader.

Now i want to take the responsibility for a whole organisation like leading the members in the right way , many more . My main goal is to make Los Santos Vagos one of the most active gangs while making sure that the quality of rp doesn’t decrease for anyone. I want people to join my gang enjoy doing rp situations instead of only coming to get higher rank and sitting inactive.
