To which organization would you be applying as leader?
I am submitting my application to take on the role of leader at Vagos.
2. What is your reason for wanting to become the leader of this organization?
I want to lead this organization for several reasons:
I would like to create an organized, energetic, and professional organization in which each member has a worthwhile role.
I want to create roleplay situations that are enjoyable, realistic, and immersive for the members and the rest of the city.
I want to help new players improve their roleplaying skills and provide them with opportunities for development within the organization.
I would like to ensure that the organization remains actively engaged by organizing events, carrying out operations, providing training, and interacting with other organizations.
Create a strong community by building an atmosphere that is rooted in teamwork, respect, communication, and fairness.
3. Why are you the most suitable person for this position?
I think that I am a strong candidate since I am responsible, take an active interest, are patient, and am willing to listen to other people. I realise that leadership does not merely mean having authority; it consists in setting a good example, making fair decisions, settling conflicts, and assisting members to succeed.
I am also willing to spend the time needed for the organisation, to communicate effectively with both the members and the staff, and to take sensible feedback on board. My main concern will be the general quality of the roleplay rather than any personal gains.
4. What changes would you make to roleplay within this organization and in the city as a whole?
- I would focus on several improvements:

- Arrange training sessions so as to enhance the members' abilities in communication, professionalism, knowledge of scenarios, and the quality of their roleplay.

- Create situations that are more interactive by involving civilians and other organizations instead of depending on repeated interactions.

- Working with other organizations to develop larger, interconnected storylines and city-wide scenarios.

- Ask members regularly what they like and what can be improved, and then make significant changes based on their feedback.

- Reward high-quality roleplay by acknowledging those members who regularly give excellent roleplay and prompting the rest of them to do the same.

5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
- The primary aim would be to set up an organization that is active and well-respected, having strong internal leadership and a good reputation in the city.
- My goal would be to keep the standards high, boost member involvement, develop future leaders, improve communication, set up long-term storylines, and make sure that each member has the opportunity to take part. In the end, I would like the organization to be recognised for the quality of its roleplay, the professionalism of its members, their teamwork, and consistency.
