2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?

-> Reason 1: (My Strengths - Loyalty, Discipline and leadership)
I want to become the leader of Vagos because I got strong loyalty for the gang and I always stay dedicated to the Vagos name. I want to bring more active roleplay in the city and make sure our gang stays respected in every situation. I understand leadership comes with big responsibility, and I am ready to stand with my members and guide them with loyalty and discipline.
Reason 2: (The HQ)
The Vagos gang’s HQ gives the real feel of a gang, while many other gang HQs just look like a closed box area or a completely open space. Vagos HQ is just perfect because it has a big empty space in the middle, with a rich-style but still rough and tough surroundings(buildings). The buildings on the left side of the entry and the area on the right side make it look more complete and give it a strong gang vibe.
Reason 3: (Respect and Unity)
The Vagos gang is not only about power, it is also about loyalty, respect, and working together as one family. Every member in the gang should know the importance of standing beside each other in good and bad times. When a gang has trust and unity, it becomes stronger in RP and can create a much better experience for everyone in the city.

-> My Strengths, Discipline, Fast learner skill and my past experience as deputy make me the best candidate for this position.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?

-> I will keep punctuality the main, I will try to do weekly taskes in the first 2-3 days and then do whatever my members like so that they enjoy a proper RP. I will keep strict rules and strike system to reduce rule breaks and toxicity from my term.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
* Dominate ghetto
* maximum activity in events
* Max Graffiti capture
* 100% turfs.
* Highest bonus in the city
* Only 1 name in ghetto "Vagos"
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
-> I will try to host max. events and also, I will participate in max. Events with all the members I have and my gang will be a headace for Leos.
