POV / Incident Statement​

In the provided POV, 6924 was assisting 6877 in attempting to steal our clan car.

When my friend and I arrived at the location where the two individuals were camping, 6924 rammed into us in an attempt to kill us (CR), allowing his friend, 6877, to attempt to steal our clan car. We managed to kill 6877 and successfully saved the car.

6924 should not have involved himself in the situation, as he was not the person attempting to steal the car. However, he proceeded to engage us by shooting at us. He first killed me and then killed my friend (4780). I believe this was RDM, as there was no valid reason for him to kill either of us.

After killing us, 6924 revived his friend and also revived me. At that point, I assumed he had realized that he should not have gotten involved in the situation and that the situation was over.

After being revived, I went over to my friend (4780) and began patching him up. While I was patching my friend, 6924 killed me again. I believe this was mercy killing, as he never told me to "run for your life" or gave me any instruction before reviving me. He also did not aim at me while he was patching me, so I had no reason to believe that I was still in danger or that he intended to kill me again.

yes i was attempting to steal their car at the time of the incident, the reason why we had revived him was with intention to rob him. as you can see from my version of POV, i had warned him "Don't move" , next line i said "WTF are you doing" and i started shooting at him because he was trying to revive his friend, clearly he had committed Fear RP, fearless to the situation when he was at gun point situation. I am pretty sure this report will not consider as RDM, CR or even mercy killing. This was clearly a valid RP situation where we were trying to rob him and not trying to let him go. Please reconsider to punish this player ID5417 for Fear RP. Thanks!

this is not a highway or a ghetto, you cant rob me in a tunnel and provide the pov for the whole situation, so we can see CR and RDM too.

FYI, there is no rule tht forbid players to rob anyone inside the tunnel. furthermore, that was auto theft both parties can engage in a gun fight, and we won the battle killing both of you. You should pay attention to what i was telling you to do because you were at gun point situation.

Based on the evidence provided in this forum, I found only ID 6924 guilty of car ramming. All other actions were within the rules.

Clarification: RP had already been initiated, so there was no requirement to issue demands. I also understand your point that you were outside the city and, therefore, could be robbed. Regarding Fear RP, your voice was unclear, and you were only pointing a gun without giving any clear verbal threats or instructions.

Conclusion: ID 6924 will receive a punishment for car ramming.​
