Dear Libra RP Admin Team,
I would like to report an incident that I believe clearly falls under VDM.
I was being robbed, and the people involved told me to run, so I did exactly what I was told. I was running straight ahead without turning left or right. I was looking back while running, but I was still moving straight forward.
At that point, the driver of the red car hit me directly with the vehicle. From what happened, the driver had enough room and opportunity to avoid hitting me, but instead, he drove straight into me. As a result, I was run over and killed.
I don't understand how this situation would not be considered VDM. I was following the roleplay situation and running as instructed. I wasn't deliberately jumping in front of the car or moving unpredictably across the road. The driver could have avoided the collision, but I was hit directly.
If this kind of behaviour is not considered VDM under Libra RP's rules, I would genuinely appreciate an explanation from the staff team. I want to understand the rules correctly, but I also believe players should be held accountable when they intentionally use their vehicles to run someone over and kill them without a valid roleplay reason.
Otherwise, it would seem that a player could intentionally run over someone who is on foot and then argue that it wasn't VDM. Surely, that is not how the rule is intended to work.
I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking for this incident to be reviewed fairly, based on the available evidence and the actual circumstances.
Thank you for your time. I look forward to a clear explanation and a fair decision from the staff team.
Best regards,
A concerned Libra RP player
