as you can see her at the first pov i was in my car when this personne from ballas start hitting my car i avoid him and kick him out of the car but he still do it then he shoot me and kill me and this is RDM

There is no RDM as there is a on going situation (Bank Robbery) and you were parked, which they tried to Move you from the place.
All I can see in your POV in your POV is you are commiting CR and Mixing while dead. Not Punishing you but if it ever happens again you wont get a chance.
