1) Firstly I think FIB is one of the most important part of the city, which holds the crime. I would like to lead this organization giving opportunities to everyone being a part of LEO.
2) FIB being such a responsible organization, I believe I have such qualities which could help the org being its upmost.
3) FIB has resources to handle high tactical crime missions, my goal will be to utilize these to protect the city from large scale organized crime.
4) Nowadays, there is too much crime in the ghetto and many people are afraid to enter in the ghetto. If you will give me the chance to serve then I will do my best to bring peace, reduce crime, and make the ghetto and the whole city a safe place for everyone.

4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
1) Making sure every agent is well trained, have real responsibilities and maintained professionalism throughout the term.
2) FIB will have strict protocols, handling evidence and bodycams must be properly logged. Which will also ease AG or Governor go through provided evidence or documents.
3) FIB will work together with other legal organizations for special operations, which would also improve integrity between all the state orgs.
4) As a FIB Director i will increase the use of RP commands and in federal training everyone will get trained for using the RP commands like /me and /do commands.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
1) FIB will conduct regular city, ghetto patrols and other creative events through which people could have their best time.
2) Bonuses system will be well managed, which will make sure everyone gets their well deserved money.
3) I will try to engage more players by doing RP events like treasure hunt etc by which players will not be bored and roleplay will be done accordingly.
