1. Which organization are you applying to lead?1.1 The Street Gang Marabunta.
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
2.1 I have been playing in this city for quite long time now and i think its time for me to apply for leadership of a gang and unlock more expirience in city for me and for other newcomers.2.2 I want to become the leader of Marabunta because I am passionate about making a positive impact, supporting others, and helping the organization grow. I believe leadership is not just about holding a position, but about taking responsibility, listening to different ideas.
2.3 i want to become leader and work as a team, inspire others to achieve goals. I want to bring new ideas, I hope to use my skills, learn from others, overcome challenges, and contribute to the long-term success of the organization.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
3.1 I believe I am a strong Person for this position because I am responsible, dedicated, and willing to learn and grow. I value teamwork, open communication, and respect for different opinions. I am ready to listen to others, take actions, and face challenges with a positive attitude. I understand that being a leader is not about being better than others, but about helping everyone work together toward a common goal. If given this opportunity, I will do my best to represent Marabunta, support its members, and contribute to its growth and success.4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
I would improve roleplay within the organization and across the city by introducing new ideas that encourage participation, creativity, and collaboration.4.1 Organize Regular Roleplay Events: I would host daily events, such as store robbery, FZ raids, Hostage situations and special scenarios, to keep members active and make roleplay more engaging and realistic.
4.2 Between Organization: I would build stronger relationships in beetween the members in the gang there are no fights and we can RP properly without any rule breaks or problems
4.3 I would introduce mentorship programs and beginner-friendly activities to help new members understand the rules, gain confidence, and become actively involved in the community.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
5.1 During my leadership term, my main goal is to make this organization more active, professional, and well-organized. I want to strengthen teamwork, improve communication between members, and ensure that everyone understands their responsibilities. I also aim to organize regular activities and events to improve roleplay cuality and keep members engaged. Another important goal is to build competicion with other big organizations across the city and encourage more realistic, creative, and enjoyable roleplay scenarios. Finally, I want to create a fair and welcoming environment where members have equal opportunities to grow, share ideas, and take on leadership responsibilities. By the end of my term, I hope to leave the organization stronger, more united, and better prepared for future success.6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
6.1 My main goal is organizing weekly Big events along with smaller daily activities. Also i will have a strong turfer team to dominate all other organizations and terminate the term with a 100% turf. I would also hold regular meetings where members can share suggestions, discuss issues, and propose new activities so everyone feels included in the organization's development.My overall goal would be to keep members active and motivated, encourage cooperation across the city, and create a roleplay environment that is realistic, organized, and enjoyable for both new and experienced players.
