2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons):
I. Well Firstly I would like to be the leader of the Ballas gang as it is my favorite gang of them all i have had a great time in previous Ballas terms on this server and on other servers and from this i have also acquired plenty of experience in being a smooth criminal.
II. Secondly I would like to be the leader of this organization as the crime side of RP is really close to my heart and i would like to take it a step further and make ballas the greatest gang out there and im really ambitious about this and i acknowledge that this alone is a huge burden for one person so this is why i already have a solid team of deputys who will back me all the way so we can provide the best RolePlay experience to our and every other organizations members.
III. Thirdly I would also like to be the Leader of this organization as i have been yearning to try myself out as a leader of an organization as i have been the deputy in different gangs on different servers but never the leader and its one of the things that i would try especially on your guyses server because the time i have played on the server even though its new i have grown to like it and it reignited a flame in me to do something fun and great for everyone to enjoy and for future players to remember.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways):
I. First of all one of the founding pillars of the organization would be activity a gang which is not active is not a fun gang i would do everything i could to do lots of events robberies and every activity a gang can do to not only have an active gang but a dynamic and fun roleplay experience
II. Secondly the other founding pillar of my organization is that i will reward my members for doing good Roleplay skill this means that if i see people that are talented and invested in conducting fun and good RolePlay i will reward them and encourage them to continue and help others do the same.
III. Thirdly i would have a zero tolerancy for Trolling Trolls can not only ruin RP situations but also an org im not against having fun but i will not allow people to have fun while ruining others this can entail a possible kick from the org or demotion depending on the severity of their actions.

Write a personal character Biography about your player (minimum 1 paragraph): Well my character Nosika Undefeated is a criminal to his core thats what he does and enjoys and he does so with a pation. He also has a yearning for power a power to lead others and an urge to teach and share his knowledge with others. He is an intelligent man who can get what he wants without violence but he as a deep rooted criminal could never give up on a good gunfight. He is someone who looks after his pupils and someone who would sacrifice himself for them. He is an all around nice guy to everyone except law enforcement he hates them. He is basically an intelligent individual who loves his friends and crime he loves guns he loves firing them and he likes to fire them at people he hates even more he is quick to give and he is quick to give he has a strong sense of duty towards people he leeds and a strong dependence on them.
