1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
Marabunta2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
1. Experience and responsibilityI am applying for the Marabunta leader position because I believe I can bring a more organized and active approach to the organization. I have spent enough time around gangs to understand that being a leader is not just about having a high rank. You have to be available, make decisions when things go wrong, and know how to deal with different types of members.
I want to build a gang where members actually feel involved instead of just joining, getting a rank and eventually becoming inactive.
2. I enjoy the criminal side of RP
I personally enjoy criminal RP much more when there is teamwork behind it. Gang wars, FZ activities, defending the HQ, turfing and different situations with other organizations are much more enjoyable when everyone knows what they are doing.
My goal is to create an environment where members have reasons to stay active and participate instead of only playing for ranks.
3. I want to build a stable organization
Another reason is that I want to focus on consistency. A good term should not be active for the first week and then slowly become inactive.
I would rather build a solid core of active members, train them properly and give them responsibilities over time. I want Marabunta to have a good reputation for being organized, active and difficult to deal with.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I believe my strongest points are:- Leadership
- Patience
- Activity
- Good communication
- Decision making
- Teamwork
- Discipline
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
1. Better member trainingI would make sure new members understand the organization rules, basic gang procedures and how to properly handle RP situations before giving them more responsibility.
2. More organized activities
Instead of waiting for members to become active on their own, I would regularly organize gang activities, turf sessions, FZ activities and other situations that give members something to do together.
3. Give active members responsibility
Members who consistently show activity and good behavior should have a chance to take more responsibility. This can motivate people to stay active and improve themselves.
4. Keep the organization clean
I would take toxicity and unnecessary arguments seriously. Internal problems can destroy an organization very quickly, so I would try to solve issues directly and fairly before they become bigger problems.
5. Focus on quality RP
Winning is important, but I don't want the organization to become focused only on scores, turfs or ranks. I want members to create actual RP situations and make the organization enjoyable for everyone involved.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
- Build a strong and active Marabunta roster.
- Keep the organization active throughout the whole term.
- Maintain strong performance in turfing.
- Have consistent participation in server events.
- Develop reliable members for the higher ranks.
- Keep internal activity and communication organized.
- Create a positive and competitive environment.
- Make Marabunta one of the organizations people actually notice and respect.
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
I would focus on activities that involve as many members as possible instead of keeping everything limited to a few high-command members. Some examples would be:
- Organized turf sessions
- FZ raids and defenses
- HQ defense scenarios
- Gang-versus-gang RP situations
- Internal training sessions
- Small competitions between members
- Regular activity days
- Different criminal RP scenarios with other organizations
