I am reporting Ryan Reacher under Rule AR 1.3 for misleading me during an apartment sale.

The apartment was advertised as having 10 garage spaces. Before buying, I asked Ryan to confirm the details. He replied, “10gs bro,” said it would reset under the city rules, and described it as “unit 9.”

We agreed on a price of 960k. After I bought the apartment, I found it only had 2 garage spaces. I contacted Ryan about the difference, but he did not resolve the issue and I can no longer reach him.

Please review the attached screenshots and help me recover my money if the sale violated the rules.

They mentioned it will be reset as per city rules and what they said is correct, any upgrades to properties are not transferable. For example if the original property has 2 garage spaces and has been upgraded to 10 garage spaces once sold the property is reset back to the original format of 2 garage spaces.
