2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
I enjoy the gang RP and want to build Families into an active Gang.
Ive led gangs before In other projects,such as grand rp so I have experience with leadership.
I want to help grow families into a strong and respected gang that members can be proud of.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I've led gangs before and understand the responsibility of running an organization.
I completely understand the responsibility it takes to keep an organization running efficiently.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
Encourage player-created RP with gangs, LEOs and civilians.
Give members clear ranks and responsibilities.
Focus on quality recruitment instead of just numbers.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
Build a strong HC.
Keep Families active.
Improve the gang RP.
Maintain graffiti/spray profit.
Build a strong turf team.
Help new members grow.
Make sure everyone is having fun.

Internal competitions.
Gang RP with other organizations.
Turf and graffiti activities.
Events for newer members.
