1. Which organization are you applying to lead The Families Gang
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 I want to get a leadership position because I am ready for leadership I was currently Deputy in Families and I know how to handle everything how to lead events and how to manage the gang properly I also have a lot of experience in illegal organizations and I know how to handle different situations without any problems That is why I want to get a leadership position because I believe I have enough experience and skills to handle everything
2.2 families has been very inactive during the timezone but I think families needs to become even more active like before That is why I want the leadership because I have many friends and supporters who can help me make families active like before and bring back the power of the OG families and families hq is so unique or different also big for making convoy easily we gather members in just short time and also families hq near the ballas hq so we take fight with ballas easily compression to other gang
2.3 I have seen many leaders hire players who do not have enough experience and some of them have been in the city for years but still break rules and receive warnings If I get the term I will only hire experienced and knowledgeable people who understand the city and its rules For players who are new to the illegal side I will teach them everything about the rules and how the illegal side works I will also make sure that no one is toxic towards other members and everyone in my gang feels welcome I will try my best to help every member in every situation and create a friendly active and respectful gang
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
3.1. I will teach every new player in the gang and help them if they face any problems and try my best to solve them I will also organize as many events and globals as possible such as store robberies NG raids and other activities In recent months I have noticed that most gangs do not do many hostage situations but if I get the term I will try to organize around 1 to 3 hostage situations every day
3.2 I have noticed that many gangs only complete the curators requirements and don’t do many hostage situations If I get the term I will complete our weekly in the short time and I want our families gang to be different and special
3.3 We will participate in every possible event stay active and show everyone what our families gang can do,our goal will be to completely strongly with and destroy every legal and illegal organization by proper RP and activity
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
4.1 I can improve the roleplaay level to be the most active gang in the city which can create a new image for illegal organizations and new citizens who will love the illegal side
4.2. I will only invite players who have been in the game for over 5 years and haven't broken any ruless to let the gang safe will also hold a special event for my members every week (giving money to the winner) to motivate my members and and make them happy
4.3. I can bring a good grass team to our gang to do 100% aan active graffiti team to bring 11.5k each of our members, and also good deputies to lead if iam not in city andhelp me to make it the best gang in town
4.4. I will also play at max RP to enjoy RP situations (store roberry,hostage situations robbing the gun store and to make it more fun

5.2 Try to do max (15+) store rob in a week
5.3 1 to 2 bank Heist in a day

6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
6.1. I will host max events by admins and try to do realistic rp with bank heist and try to negotiate with proper gang member and we attend maximum events and do 100% and also attend all event and the main event data breach we do with max members or try to clap all Leos so like this we increase role play and other guys attract and they want to come families gang or do a max gov graffiti takeover with 10+ members and try to beat all Leos and show the real families power

6.3 All members should be trained in teamwork and effective communication.
