1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
Leader of San Andreas National Guard
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
During my time in state organizations I have gained a lot of experience with teamwork communication and managing people I know that the San Andreas National Guard requires discipline, respect, and a proper COC I believe every soldier should act professionally and understand that their actions reflect on the whole organization have the Tackle and can handle Every Situation and strategic skills needed to lead NG. I aim to improve roleplay quality with ideas and better organization.
My priority will be to create an active Roleplay where every soldier has a purpose every day. I want members to enjoy their time in the organization while maintaining military Roleplay and professionalism, I will organization petrol near National Guard Base so its help in Role Play as well
I used to like NG from starting as NG was my Second organisation to join in Libra and serve the nation . Also I was High Command experience that could be used in this city as well to understand and coordinate with different problems easily. Also as everyone knows that National Guard is the backbone of the city because it provides guns and ammunition (candies) to different state organisation which is used in different events to reduce the criminal activities in cities
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I Belive my Past Exp in state organizations makes me a good I used to be in High Command in NG and was the Head of the Department in the Government where I gained experience in managing people, handling responsibilities, and coordinating with different departments. I want to create an environment where Soldiers can have opportunities to progress, take responsibilities, participate in several activities and become more involved in the organization beyond their basic duties.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
● FTP’s (Field Training Programs)
I would introduce regular Weekly programs using the facilities available at Fort Zancudo. These could include tactical exercises, hostage situation practices, bomb defusing scenarios, Emergency Response training and other practical exercises, rather than relying on theoretical training, soldiers would have the opportunity to actively participate in realistic situations
● Activity & Leadership
A military faction cannot live on inactive officers. i would keep track of the weekly activity of Division Heads and High Command members to ensure everyone is Active if i See who are inactive or underperforming will be quickly demoted and replaced by highly active deserving soldiers. Leading from the front on the radio and on the pitch will be a must
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
• As a General my first priority would be to see that every organisation is getting ammunation and guns (candies) on time and in enough quantity
• We will always maintain a good relationship with other state orgs and make the external relation always great. I will make sure that my employees are not being unprofessional to other state org members.
• I will try to do as many events as possible to motivate my employees towards SANG and it will also helping to boost their morale and competitive spirit.
