>> The Families.

2. Why do you want to become the leader of this Organisation?

>>As a Leader I want to and will be creating a friendly but disciplined environment with zero tolerance of toxicity and ensure proper roleplay. Therefore, I really want to continue the Dominance of the name of the gang The Green Gang, Families by dominating ghetto with zero competition, making members respect the chain of command, zero acceptance on corruption of high commands on freely giving ranks to units, if found guilty a disciplinary action will be taken towards him. I along with my deputies will not tolerate any favouritism with anyone. Thus, I will be recruiting the most active deputies and my friends in my term who will bring the members that have a good experience in gang activities. I will support the new players by making them host events under my supervision so they know what is a gang abou My aim will be to do maximum number of events like FZ raids, store robberies, hostage situation, ghetto clapping and keep the gang as much active as I could. I will be keeping the highest bonus in my term with the help of the family im in not just for activity but also considering other major things! Therefore I have a full confidence on my friends and new upcoming members that they will support me without any single question.I will look into that everyone of our guys are not rule breaking we will do proper rp with fun only not proper also fun so our people doesnt get bored!I have decided to bring better evolution in crime orgs. A s a leader my goal is to continue the expansion of reputation and activity of Families across the city and a fear among the leos. I will focus on keeping the organization active by choosing the best high-command team and giving hardcore bonuses throughout the term. Also, I will make sure so one feels leftout under my term. Therefore I have a full confidence on my friends and new upcoming members that they will support me without any single question.I will look into that everyone of our guys are not rule breaking we will do proper rp with fun only not proper also fun so our people doesnt get bored!

>>The terror of the colour blue has fade away from the streets of the city. As a leader I will make sure that each and everyone in the ghetto again starts to fear the colour Green as I have done in Major other RPs being leader. Also, I possess strong leadership and organization skills that are essential for managing a successful gang. I will ensure thate Families operate efficiently, maintaining clear communication channels, coordinating activities, and fostering a sense of unity among our members. By establishing effective structures and protocols, we can maximize our impact and create memorable roleplay.

>>Additionally, I know what it takes to become a good leader. I feel at this point, I have what it takes to take on leader of families. I have also built good friendships with people, who will actively support me in my term. But I will make sure there is no favoritism in my term, this is important to me because I know its consequences, people in high places with lacks of skill and experience does not work.

3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?​

>>I believe I am one of the strongest candidates for this leadership position because I have the experience, confidence, and skills required to lead a org effectively. I have been a leader in other RP servers, which has given me a good understamding of how to manage an organization, handle responsibilities, maintain discipline, and make important decisions when needed. I am confident in my abitilies, and I believe my previous experience gives me an advantage over other candidates. I know what it takes to lead an organization, keep members active, resolve conflicts, and maintain proper teamwork. I don’t apply for leadership just to hold a position or gain authority.

4. How would you improve roleplay within this Organisation and in the City?
>> I have some good ideas to inprove roleplay within the organisation and city:
>> I will make sure to choose a capable deputy who can support me and has the knowledge to help lead effectively and achieve a successful term.

>> I will make my gang more active than the LEOs, keeping everyone engaged, and handle every situation efficiently without causing any punishments.

>>I will ensure my gang completes the term without receiving any warnings and achieves full control, try taking 100% of the turf!

>> I will try my best to provide bonuses for every event , ensuring we have motivated members who will give our gang a strong advantage.

>> I will make sure we never lose in any gang thing, collaborate with other gangs to take control of the city, and ensure everyone is committed to the criminal life!

>> I will make sure to listen to my members, respect everyone, and prevent any abuse of power so that all members feel valued and supported.

>>I will try to make effective conversations in Events!

05. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?​

>>I will put my best efforts and Try my best to dominate ghetto with full eneryg gain the respect of the Organisation it is meant to have.

>> As I saw the latest Ballas term just achieved full turf control, this would be my other main goal and compete the turfers with the best turfers around and get the 2nd Trophy of 100%.

>> I will make sure that my Spray team is very active and they and being well paid for it so they stay motivated and keep the color and name on top!

>> As a leader my another goal is to keep the State Terrorized by Hosting Maximum FZ Raids and Bank Heists and making it the most memorable term again with my lovely brothers and sisters.

06. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement​

Store robberies, gun store robberies, highway robberies. Ghetto clapping. Turf. Attack on government building. Drug plantation . Hostage situations. And every single things which include illegal activities. And which will benefit my members and me to earn money.
