1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
1.1 Leader of Emergency Services (EMS)
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
2.1 I want to become the Leader of EMS Because I believe this organization has a very important role in the server. EMS is not only about healing players but also about creating realistic and enjoyable RP situations. I want to make EMS interactions more professional, realistic, and interesting for the entire community.
2.2 When I joined Libra EMS, I noticed that some units would spend four to five hours in the lobby, leaving others with little to no opportunity to stand at the front desk. If I become a leader, I will introduce a proper rotation system where each unit spends a maximum of two hours in the lobby, followed by two hours responding to calls and then labs duties. Once their lobby shift is complete, another unit who has finished their field duties will take over. This system will improve coordination, maintain professionalism, and ensure that everyone stays active, motivated, and involved in the organization.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
3.1 I believe I’m the best candidate for this EMS position because I’m responsible, active, and dedicated to helping people. I can work well under pressure, follow protocols, and provide professional medical assistance while maintaining high-quality roleplay.
3.2 I would ensure that lobbies and emergency calls are properly staffed throughout the day so that citizens can receive medical assistance as quickly as possible.
3.3 For Training, I will try to ensure every new employee gets proper, easy to understand and timely training. Training will be given on time and will sure FTO or HCs do not sure into completing training fast, will make sure they do their work professionally.
3.4 For State Calls, State Calls are important for EMS reputation. I notice EMS HCs members either respond late or sometime ignored. I will make sure State request are handle quickly and responsibly.
3.5 My focus is on improving the bonus system so employees got rewards for their hard work. I will introduce weekly giveaways to keep everyone motivated and will be excited to their responsible. I will also ensure that promotions are given fairly based on their work and knowledge, not favoritism. This will help employee feel appreciated, respected, valued and motivated for better Roleplay.
3.6 i will take update of each department on regular intervals. If any department faces any issues. I will solve it quickly so EMS runs smoothly from inside.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
4.1 I would improve EMS roleplay by making the organization more active, organized, and realistic. I would focus on proper training, better coordination between employees, and maintaining good communication with other organizations. I would also introduce more realistic medical scenarios and encourage EMS members to take their responsibilities seriously, so our work creates meaningful roleplay situations and improves the overall experience across the city.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
5.1 Make my term the most active term in the city.
5.2 Prove wrong the people who say EMS is the most boring organization.
5.3 Make both my name and EMS shine throughout the city.
