2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
1.I am applying to lead the ems1.My top priority is ensuring constant, server-wide EMS coverage across all regions (Los Santos, Sandy Shores, and Paleto Bay). I want to revamp our HR and onboarding process to continuously recruit, train, and retain reliable paramedics. By keeping consistent active shifts, we can minimize response times so players are never stuck on death timers without assistance.
2.I want to elevate the overall standard of medical RP beyond basic 'press Z to revive.' I will introduce structured guidelines for realistic triage, slash-command RP, and specialized equipment. Furthermore, I will actively manage and empower sub-departments (such as Air Rescue, Training/HR, and Medical Labs) so employees have clear promotion paths and stay engaged long-term.
3.EMS shouldn't just respond to distress calls—it should actively contribute to the server's RP environment. I aim to build strong working relationships with LSPD, SAHP, FIB, and Government .

What makes me the best candidate for EMS Leadership is my combination of strong organizational management, active communication, and dedication to maintaining a professional RP standard. I understand that leading EMS requires more than just high activity—it requires fair leadership, quick conflict resolution, and keeping employees motivated. I am dedicated to being an accessible leader who listens to feedback, supports recruits, and enforces server rules and department guidelines strictly to ensure smooth, professional daily operations.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
I would approve role play by helping the new doctors by giving bonuses and to do some activities with them so they get promotions and stay with us for a long time .
I would help the other legal organizations by giving them all the medical treatment and items they want before events
I would help even the citizens by getting the best medical treatment
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
My goal is having the best term , clean term , without facing any problems , also I want the employees and citizens to have the best experience by giving and taking medical treatment
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
I would like to organize spec ops with the other orgs and other events like last man standing the hide and seek ....
