2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons):
2.1) As a Sheriff, my main focus will be highway safety. Highways are the main place for illegal racing, smuggling, and escape attempts. I will make sure patrols are active and regular, and the team is always ready for quick response. Maintaining law and order in our jurisdiction is our responsibility, and I will make sure we do it properly.
2.2) SAHP has a unique responsibility that sets it apart from other departments. While most focus mainly inside the city, SAHP is responsible for highways and the outer areas, which are often overlooked. If SAHP isn’t active, those areas become unmonitored and people start taking advantage of that. I want to make sure that doesn’t happen. My goal is to make SAHP more active and visible, with proper patrols, coordination, and presence across the state. Those areas should feel just as controlled and professional as the city, and that’s something I want to achieve through consistent effort and leadership.
2.3) I would try to make the organization as interesting as possible so that all members would be happy to be part of the organization and not get bored after a few days. My goal is not to just push through the days to end the term, but for people to look at me like everyone else, the fact that I am above them in rank should not mean that I or anyone else is better than someone below. If they have their own opinion, let them express it, maybe they thought better at that moment than I or any of the people from HC.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways):
3.1) Firstly i would look for a District Attorney to look over all the Legal issues and do Training sessions on how to deal with all the legal/lawyer related things
3.2) Will work with LI to catch criminals as they get a lot of illegal ADS requests.
3.3)In SAHP, everyone should get a fair chance to prove themselves. Promotions and opportunities will be based on activity, performance, and attitude and not favoritism. Whether someone is new or experienced, they should feel like their effort actually matters. If people see things are fair, they stay motivated and put in more work.
4. Write a personal character Biography about your player (minimum 1 paragraph; I was the Leader of Ballas in another city and later worked as an Assistant Sheriff. From my past experience, I learned leadership, discipline, and how to handle crime situations calmly. Now, I want to serve SAHP and help make San Andreas a safer place for everyone.
