2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons): 1.1. I was a Head of Division at Libra RP and I learned a lot from this experience. I figured out how to manage people make sure everyone follows the rules and plan things for the department. I did all of this in a way.
1.2. I have worked with a few groups like SAHP LSPD and the Government Marshal divisions. Being part of these groups taught me about law enforcement roleplay working with a team and dealing with situations. The Libra RP experience and these groups helped me learn a lot, about leadership and roleplay.
1.3. I want to make SAHP better by getting people involved having regular patrols and training sessions and making the roleplay experience feel more real and professional for everyone, including the officers and the civilians. I think this will make SAHP a great place for people to roleplay.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways): 3.1. We need to have patrols and checkpoints and also have training sessions to keep the San Andreas Highway Patrol active. This will help the officers work together as a team and be more professional. The San Andreas Highway Patrol will be a lot better if we do this.
3.2. We should have scenarios where we practice things like stopping people for traffic violations and investigating accidents. We should also work with groups, like the police and ambulance services to make sure everything runs smoothly. This will make the San Andreas Highway Patrol look really good.
3.3. When new people join the San Andreas Highway Patrol we need to teach them what to do and make sure they know what is expected of them. We also need to make sure that people get promoted fairly and that if someone does something they get in trouble. This way the San Andreas Highway Patrol will be an respected group.
4. Write a personal character Biography about your player (minimum 1 paragraph) : Dante Knight is a police officer who really cares about his job and does it well. He got to where he's today by being disciplined and a good leader. Dante Knight used to work at Libra RP as the head of a part of SAHP. When he was there Dante Knight was in charge of the officers and made sure they did their jobs right. He also planned operations and made sure everyone followed the rules.
Dante Knight learned a lot from his time as a leader and people liked him for it. He is good at staying calm when things get tough and making choices. Dante Knight always thinks about keeping people safe and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Dante Knight has worked for a different police groups, which taught him how to work well with others and make good plans. This makes Dante Knight a good officer that people respect.
Dante Knight wants to make the city a better place by making the police roleplay more realistic. The SAHP department stronger. He also wants to keep everyone, in the city safe.
