I am submitting this formal report regarding a series of blatant violations of the city's rules. It seems that our constant dominance in the Ghetto has driven the opposition to absolute desperation. Because we consistently keep them locked in their "holes" during turf wars, they chose to exploit a casual scenario just to get a taste of revenge, completely violating the Roleplay laws.
The reported Gang Leader (ID: 3906) literally used his vehicle as a weapon (VDM), intentionally ramming and killing my friend. He then attempted to run me over as well. When his driving skills predictably failed him, he resorted to opening fire with a firearm. To top off this chaotic performance, his friend (ID: 3989) arrived in another vehicle, attempting to run me over once again just so they could finally secure a kill.
Additional Notes / Feedback for Management:
It is honestly embarrassing to see a Gang Leader resort to such low-tier, toxic tactics simply because they cannot keep up with us in the Ghetto. I highly request the server management to look closely and be much more selective when appointing Gang Leaders. If a leader cannot handle losing in a tactical gunfight without breaking every rule in the book out of pure frustration, they clearly do not deserve the rank.
