1. Why do you want to become an admin, rather than RP?
I want to be an administrator because I love being in this server and want to help the community more. I loved the RP I've been doing, but now I want to give back to the server in another way and take on a new role. I want to help new players, get everything sorted out and ensure everyone follows the rules and enjoys the experience. I think with admin status will come to be able to help the community and make everyone's server life easier.
2. Why should we hire you for an administrative job? What skills would you like to contribute?
I think you should consider me because I am patient, helpful, active, and wanting to learn. I have to be sure to get a situation right before deciding and I think that it is fair to treat every player fairly. Can communicate in English, Hindi and Telugu which will enable me to help players of various backgrounds. I am also open to the opinions of senior administrators, willing to follow the rules of the server and willing to learn how to become a better administrator. I will do everything possible to assist the players and administration staff.
3. What is your experience of the city? (Crime/State/Starter Jobs/etc.)
I'm level 6 right now and in my time in the city I've learned about the city, how it works, and the rules of the server and how players interact with each other. I have been able to explore the city and do various activities. I know how to roleplay and respect other players. I am particularly interested in the State side. I like the teamwork, discipline and order. I am still on the learning curve and I am up for more learning and experience.
4. Your greatest strengths? At least three is required!
Responsible: I am responsible and I make an effort to do the work given to me.
2. Friendly: I can communicate with various individuals and get them to feel at ease seeking assistance.
3. Quick learner - I can learn new things quickly, adapt to and react to new situations.
4. Fair-minded: I think it is fair to treat everyone the same, no matter what their situation is or what their background is.
5. Cooperative: Get along well with others and am willing to help team when necessary.

Sometimes I do too much for others wanting to see their problems solved.
2. No administration experience: I have not encountered all administration scenarios but I am willing to learn.
3. Hesitating before making decisions: Sometimes I take my time to think through all the possibilities before deciding.
4. Trying to do too much at once – Sometimes I do too much at once, but am learning to do more of the important things first.
6. Are you aware that as an administrator you may not be the owner of a business?
Yes, I know that Administrators are forbidden to have businesses. I'm not against this rule and am willing to sacrifice any business if it's necessary.
7. Do you understand that on your admin account you may no longer participate in roleplay?
I completely understand.
8. Do you have any real-life problems that would prevent you from doing your job as an Admin?
I can put in about 8 hours a day, but only if I have enough time to do so to make sure my regular work falls into place. In the event of any unexpected events, I will let the senior administration team know in advance, where possible.
