1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
Ballas
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
Honestly, I think Ballas could be one of the best gangs in the city if it had the right people running it. Right now a lot of gangs only really come alive for turfs or events and then everyone goes quiet. I don’t want that for Ballas. I want members to log on and actually have stuff to do, whether that’s gang RP, robberies, meetups, competitions or beef with other orgs.
I’ve got a fair bit of gang experience behind me. I’ve been Deputy a few times in Ballas, Vagos and Marabunta, and I’ve been High Command plenty of times on Grand RP EN1. So I know how a gang should run, how to keep ranks organised and how much a leader relies on a solid High Command. I’ve already been Deputy in Ballas before, so I know the gang and what it needs.
I’m also big on planning. I like thinking through where people should be positioned, how we approach turfs, how we run a robbery. When everyone knows their role, the gang plays way better than when it’s just everyone doing their own thing.
At the end of the day I want Ballas to be a name people know in Libra RP. Not just because we win, but because we’re active, organised and actually fun to RP with.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I know being leader isn’t just about having the top rank. It’s about keeping people active, keeping things organised, helping the newer guys and making sure we’re ready when it counts. I’ve learned all of that from my time as Deputy and High Command.
Planning is probably my biggest strength. Before turfs, events or robberies I’d rather sort out a plan and give everyone a role than just rush in and hope it works.
I’d also put together a High Command people can trust. No handing out ranks to mates. I’d pick people who are active, mature, loyal and actually put in work for the gang. Everyone would know what’s expected of them and how to get promoted, so if you grind and help out, you move up.
One more thing: I’m not having toxicity. Rivalry stays IC. We can go hard against other gangs and cops and still respect them OOC.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
Proper training for new members. New recruits won’t just get invited and forgotten. They’ll get shown the ropes: gang rules, event rules, how ranks work and what we expect. HC will help them out until they’re comfortable.
More RP with other orgs. I want our members interacting with rival gangs, civs, businesses and cops outside of mandatory events. Negotiations, territory disputes, alliances, retaliation. That’s the stuff that builds proper storylines.
Better robberies and hostage situations. Less rushing, more planning. Drivers, negotiators, lookouts, security and hostage handlers, all with clear roles. It makes it way more fun for both us and the cops.
Internal gang RP. Meetings, initiations, promotion ceremonies, convoys, training, internal comps, protection jobs. Something to do even when there’s no official event on.
Actually playing your character. Not every situation needs to be treated like a competition. I’d push members to think about how their character would react and make scenes that are fun for everyone involved.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
Main goal is simple: make Ballas one of the most active and respected gangs in the city.

I’d mix it up so nobody’s doing the same thing every day. Stuff like:

- Letting trusted members run activities and prove themselves
- Better teamwork and comms
- Leaving Ballas in a better spot than I found it
