2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
( A )Becoming a SAPF Leader will be very good experience to start as a Leader in a State Side, it has always been a goal to me to one day become a leader in State Side, as i always pushed myself to improve and to do better everytime. And I believe so i am Deserving to Become a Leader of SAPF. i believe that i can achieve to be a good Leader, and i can provide such a good service during my Term, Safety and environment along the highways of San Andreas.
( B ) SAPF work is to maintaine Highway and get over the Crime rate on Highway but the Nowdays Leaders are not leading how its needs to be Leaded. I spend a very good time in State and i learned too much,Maybe i made some mistakes sometime but i also learned alot and the peoples was very calm and friendly to me which nowdays Leaders and Leos are not calm and they just need rank everytime. State orgs are getting hard to be active and Leaders are also not trying to make them active. If i Recieve the term of SAPF i will make it the most active org and i will make sure my Crime control department is the most active and be away from Crime activitys and the city will be Safe Under My Control.
( C ) As a Leader Of SAPF my main Goal going to be to Doing fun and Great events daily to pull Citizens to joinSAPF. After Highway patrol Firstly i will be towards to Human Resources Department because i think without a Good Human Resoureces team we cant Run a Term. As Human Resources works is to Train and help the New Comers and teach them everything i will Hire the best Peoples in Human resources so they will not do a mistake because if they do mistake then the other will also do it and then there will be Results towards the Organization. So, I will try to stop the rule break chain completely and make things clear and simple for new comers
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. : Active term and Best Deputies will be Hired
2. No Favouriteism.
3. Will make sure Lobby is not alone all the Time
4. Maximum bonus for my Team so they dont get Bored.
5. No toxicity
6. Friendly Enviroment Leos will be treated equally
7. Always Complying with my Curators
8. I will make sure we will done daily Highway Patrols
9. Giving Promotion Every Weak so my Team will be motivated and do Better Job.
