I was working at electrician doing outside generator work and someone stole my car from green zone, i had my car parked where you pick the truck up for the job and it was locked. i don't have any pov but the player sent me a screenshot of him stealing the car in the ghetto. I need a higher admin to look into it who can view the logs. i made a report at the time it was happening but the admin that responded couldn't do anything about it. I ended up having to pay 200k for the car even with the insurance. the date it happened was 11/01 and the time was 21:03 if that helps.
