1. Which organization are you applying to lead? San Andreas Police Force (SAPF) 2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization? - I like doing RP as a LEO, and I want to contribute some of it to the organization, having prior experience as High Command makes me capable of leading an organization, together with my deputies and all subordinates.
- I will try my best to make the org run well and give it a successful term. I have noticed that leader and subordinate interaction is very low in orgs. I want to end this and connect freely with all of my subordinates and org members.
- I will focus on teamwork, help everyone on the server, and give everyone a chance to contribute to the organization. 3. What makes you the best candidate for this position? - Having prior experience as High Command for LEOs makes me a little more worthy of this position. I know how to lead an organization, and I am familiar with the RP activities of a LEO.
- I am good at teamwork and coordination. As a leader, I won’t just focus on having a connection with my members, but also on maintaining good connections with other orgs and conducting regular joint RP with them.
- Though I haven’t been a leader or deputy of any org yet, I will take on this responsibility and grow in the best way possible.
- I am hoping to learn a lot from this leadership and present a successful term.
- My approach would be to stay friendly and professional, and to take responsibility myself and make sure all my members do the same.
- I also want my leadership style to be laissez-faire (free rein), where power is distributed among my org members. This way they can take decisions on their own when the leader or deputy leader is not available in the city, so that RP is not paused and no problems are created. 4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city? - I would encourage my officers to interact with citizens and take an active part in the org’s RP events.
- I will ask my officers not to just fine or arrest citizens and criminals, but to explain their mistake and what rule they broke and tell them not to repeat it. All of this should be done while staying calm and friendly and not provoking the 10-15.
- I will conduct regular patrols in the city, on the highway and in the ghetto with Spec Ops and try to reduce the crime rate in the city. Regular and on-demand training sessions will be provided to members and trainees.
- There will be regular SAPF activity in the city, and the lobbies will be covered so any citizen can walk in and ask for the help they need. 5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term? - I want to make SAPF one of the most active orgs in the city, where players want to join and gain the best experience under my leadership.
- I will keep the weekly promotion ceremony where deserving members are promoted on the advice of the HCs and by checking activity in the org, (HCs will be promoted by leader and deputy leader) this way members can experience the responsibilities of a higher rank when they become deserving.
- I want my members to enjoy their time in the city as LEOs, without forgetting their responsibilities, I also want a good connection between them, so they can help each other out.
- I want to build a good reputation for myself, my org and all of its members across the server.
- These things may take time, but I take them as my responsibility.
- I will stay consistent and achieve them with great precision. 6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement? - I would conduct various IC and OOC events for both the org members and citizens, and I will try to hold them regularly to increase RP and player engagement.

* Fun events with a prize pool for my org members.
- I will also conduct OOC events for the state citizens with the help of admins.
- IC events such as a car show, bike show, rare vehicle shows and active races will be conducted with a prize pool for citizens.
