1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
Vagos​

2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?​

1: i want to continue the legacy that i left and make vagos climb on the top again
2: I want to try and make Vagos a good gang for others to choose if they like events and fun.
3: If i become the leader of Vagos i'll insure activity of the organization and activity of my people, I will be sure that everyone in Vagos knows the rules by giving them a interview upon joining the Faction, so they can prove to me and my HC team that they wont put our Faction in a position to be Punished for. I Want to also make sure me and my team will show up to 100% of events with the max amount of members we have to show to you guys as Admins as well as other members of the server that we can lead a good term.


3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
Ans: As a former Leader of Vagos I have hands on experience handling high command duties, organizing gang events and maintaining zero tolerance for rule breaks. Having stepped away previously I am now fully ready to commit my daily time and energy into this new term. With my leadership background and strong team behind me, I know how to bring stability, activity, and high-quality RP to Libra roleplay.​

4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?​

• Focus on negotiation: Instead of just giving demands and blasting cops immediately at robberies, we will always grab hostages and try to have interesting negotiations with LEOs to keep the RP alive.​
• Proper training for recruits: Before taking new members to active events, my deputies and I will walk them through ghetto rules and commands so nobody ends up in demorgan.​
• Fun criminal events: I want to run community events in Vagos territory like car meets, underground fist fights, and joint hostage situations with other gangs.​

5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?​

My main goal is to successfully complete my 30-day term without catching any leader warnings or strikes. In the ghetto, I want Vagos to be feared again by keeping our yellow sprays dominant across the map and pushing for 100% turf control with a clean, competitive roster. I also want our numbers to be high at every major event like Fort Zancudo raids and store robs. Most importantly, I want to reward my members with daily bonuses so they stay motivated and proud to wear gang clothing with proud

6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?​

I will host and attend maximum server events and admin events, doing realistic RP during bank heists, gun store robs, and hostage situations where we negotiate properly before any fight. We will attend all events like Submarine, Aircraft Carrier, and FZ raids with full numbers to fight LEOs and show the true power of Vagos, making our gang the most active and feared in the city so new players will want to join us.
Build a disciplined, active, and motivated gang where everyone wears yellow and represents the colors proudly.
Do mass graffiti spray takeovers with 10+ members across the city to dominate the ghetto map and beat any state cops trying to stop us.
Train all members in proper teamwork, radio comms, and server rules so nobody does silly rule breaks.
Issue bonuses on a daily basis to members who attend events, do spray runs, and keep the gang active.
Host hood events like lowrider car meets and fist fights in Rancho to bring fun RP to our territory and get citizens involved.
Make Vagos respected by both wizzards , other gangs, and LEOs by keeping zero warnings on our term.​
