Hi, I got punished for GR 6.4 which is UB driving. An example of UB driving would be driving a Limo up of mountain chiliad. I am using the scooter on a normal road, this is not UB in any way, thank you for taking the time to review this.

Also, if what I did was fail rp then wearing a t shirt and jeans with no protective gear and no armor to an active hostage situation in a store robbery should also be fail rp because what law enforcement would do this irl?
And at the end of the day its just a video game, taking the realism way too seriously is not something logical. This is GTA RP, not a real life police simulator. acting like every single action has to be exactly how it would happen in real life is too much for a video game. Just because someone does not react the way that someone thinks it should be, that doesn't automatically make it Fail RP. There is a difference between realistic roleplay and expecting everyone to follow your personal standards.

As I explained in tickets...
I could technically have punished you for failrp but I instead punished you with UB the lesser punishment of the 2 because I was feeling generous. And as explained in tickets think about it realistically... fbi wouldn't be doing circles in a vehicle in the middle of the road during a serious hostage situation If I am wrong then fair enough, but I feel in this case my points of view are valid.
