So here is the thing what happened: Firstly, when I approached the player to rob him, I immediately gave clear demands, told him to stay quiet and explained I had a gun pointed directly at him. Despite being a leader, he didn’t seem to understand or follow basic roleplay rules. When I told him to put his hands up, he started throwing his belongings on the ground instead without raising his hands(fail rp). After that, I made a comment about he is a leader and he doesn't understanding of the basic rules. Even after I had a gun on him and told him to stay quiet, he kept saying things like ‘nice, nice, nice,’ without showing fear for his character’s life. Because he kept ignoring my demands and not taking the situation seriously, I fired a shot as a warning, not to kill him. Even after being shot, he continued saying ‘nice, nice’ instead of reacting properly. After the robbery, I clearly told him to run for his life. Instead of running on foot, he got into his vehicle and drove away(fear rp). From my point of view, this situation raises questions about fear RP and fail RP, and I would like a clear explanation of the rules so I can follow them correctly in the future because he is a gangster not princess that admin want me to treat him well not to shoot him even he is not listening demands and I just want to clarify that I'm not trying to disrespect anyone According to the rules, at least one minute of POV should be reviewed before making a decision. In this situation, the decision was made after watching only 31 seconds. I'm not assuming bias, | just want fair, complete reviews for everyone, no matter their position or connections
