Hello Administration Team,
I would like to request a review of the punishment I received under ZR 1.4.
At approximately 02:14 AM, I encountered some Ballas members who attempted to rob me on the highway. They gave me demands, but I managed to get into my vehicle and drive away. I entered the Safe Zone at around 02:16 AM.
I would like to bring attention to Rule 5.13, which states that robbers must have at least one vehicle with two people and must shoot out the target vehicle's tires before demanding them to stop.
In this situation, they only gave me demands. I request the administration to check whether all the requirements of Rule 5.13 were followed.
I would also like to clarify that the Cartel War started 14 minutes after I entered the Safe Zone. According to Event Rule 1.8, robbery and hostage-taking are prohibited within 15 minutes before and after an event. Therefore, I request the administration to check the exact event timing and consider this rule as well.
I understand that entering a Safe Zone to escape an active RP situation is prohibited under ZR 1.4. However, I believe it is important to verify whether a valid robbery situation had been established according to Rule 5.13.
I kindly request the Head Administration to review my POV, the complete timeline, and the circumstances before making a final decision.
