2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons):
2.1 I have a lot of experience in gangs and leadership roles from other cities and serving. I understand how to manage members and keep the gang active every day. I know how important communication and teamwork are to make a gang successful. I already have a few people and I will recruit many more people and do what is necessary.
2.2I want to lead the Ballas because I have already planned and organized everything. I will make this gang the most notorious and most publicized gang in the city and there will always be thefts, murders, robberies, chases and of course complete control from the most senior people, they will share all the secrets.
2.3 I want the Ballas to be the most famous and sought after. Of course, I will give opportunities for others to grow within the gang and we will not allow another gang to dominate our areas.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways):
3.1 Building an active neighborhood group. Keeping an active and organized neighborhood creates more interaction between gangs and more opportunities for role-playing in the city. I will also make sure that members are properly trained and coordinated.
3.2 Create long-term role-playing games and future events for everyone. This could include gang wars, alliances, betrayals, and urban conflicts that develop over time rather than ending quickly. My goal is to build a role-playing game that gives both gangs and law enforcement more reasons to interact, keeps the city active with ongoing stories and situations, and has as much to do and things to do in the city as possible.
3.3 Maintaining a professional and respectful environment I will ensure that the group follows the server rules and avoids toxicity. Everyone will be treated fairly, and there will be no vacant ranks based solely on the situation in the city and the rules.

I am Akira Savage, I was born poor and had nothing to eat. I lost my friends and family at a young age. I moved from country to country to live. Nothing helped. I arrived in the country of Libera RP and met people. I formed a small gang. We started robbing, stealing and murdering. I grew over time. My army is full of soldiers who do everything for me because we have honor and I have always helped them with money. I will continue to act like this and fully take over the possible cities. And there will always be honor between us and we will not allow another gang to cross our borders. We will also have some police officers who will work by our side in exchange for money. In general, we are a very strong body.
