1. Why do you want to be a manager?: I would like to become an Admin assistant as i would like to help new player while exploring the city i would also like to in force rules and be the person people can come to if they need help and rely on
2. Why should we consider you for an administrative role?: Being an administrative isnt just about putting rules into place its about helping people out in the best way you can which i feel like i would be able to do. i am very good at communication with other people so i would not get things muddled up i would really like to gain experiance in doing this though this server as i have seen the trailer via youtube and the city look awesome and i would love to be apart of this ongoing project.

Problem solving: i can resolve issues proactively such as handling inquiries or addressing challenges ,
Effective Communication: i can communicate clearly and politely with people who i am working alongside with and people who have issues in the city
Discretion: i can handle sensitive information in a professinal way where i can be trusted.
4. What are your biggest weaknesses? (Please list at least three):
Dyslexia: This can affect my Spelling more then anyhting which i struggle with but i am sure there are resoures out there thata can help me over come this.
Short tolarance to bad behaviour : i feel like this is one of my biggest ones as i really dislike people who think its okay to break rules and bully people on purpose.
Impatience: I feel like i am a very impatient person as i like to know answers there and then and cannot wait.
