A collection of gifted individuals formed The Federal, who all recognized that true power within Los Santos is derived from those with contingent resources (i.e., influence, information and fear) and not the authorities. The individuals came together to create The Federal, which is a secretive syndicate created from trust, loyalty, secrecy and calculated strength.With the help of many underground deals and operating globally, The Federal has become one of the most established and feared organizations across the globe. Each member of The Federal must abide by uniform rules of loyalty and professionalism, which require every action taken to be in accordance with the established procedures.In a community where trust is not a virtue, and there is much deceit within the general community, The Federal demonstrates unity, strength, and determination.

- To recruit dependable, mature, and committed members who share our organization’s ideology.
- To establish, with a well-structured leadership and chain of command within our organization.

- To develop ties/alliances with other organizations throughout Los Santos.
- To create high-quality and memorable roleplay experience to both our members and the community.

- To hold territorial control over multiple major business sectors in Los Santos.
- To develop a reputation that focuses on perseverance, loyalty, and strength.
- To create additional influence through developing alliances with other organizations and conducting operations with them.
- To maintain an active and stable member base; creating opportunities for member growth and promotion.
- To create an everlasting impact on the server as a powerful and respected crime syndicate.

8. Clan Rules​

1. Treat everyone equally.

2. Use the designated/authoritative chain of communication.

3. Don't disrespect leaders in private channels** or when we do operations together.

4. Represent The Federal with professionalism** on and off of roleplay.

5. No toxicity, harassment and/or discrimination against other players.

6. Stay active** in the organization.

7. Notify leadership of your inactive status with a good amount of notice.

8. Attend/participate/join clan meetings** and functions whenever possible.

9. Put The Federal over your own personal gain.

10. Sharing information outside the organization is prohibited.

11. You will be removed from the organization immediately if you help other organizations by providing/selling information or if you betray The Federal.

12. Always roleplay at a high level of quality.

13. Follow the rules/expectations set forth by the server.

14. Do not instigate conflict that could hurt the reputation of The Federal.

15. Respect the results of your roleplay as well as the staff's decisions, which may affect you.

16. You must follow the orders of higher-ups while in operations.

17. You cannot conduct large-scale operations without approval from leadership.

18. Use organization-related resources sensibly.

19. **Make teamwork your priority at all times.

20. Confidentiality is critical when talking about operational plans.

21. Use professional and respectful communication when communicating in official clan channels.

22. Internal disputes should be resolved with leadership and not in public arguments.

23. When receiving important announcements from leadership, you should respond back.

**The Federal** is a role-play-oriented group whose primary purpose is to provide a high-quality, professional and enjoyable experience for its members and for the rest of the community on this server. In addition to our desire to grow as an organization, we want to have a positive impact on the role-play space on this server. Our organization holds a number of values that help form the basis of The Federal and are the guide for our structure and decision-making process. The values are as follows:
